Barring any changes to State Law regarding the reappraisal process, we anticipate receiving the new tax rates from the State of Ohio in December, after which we can calculate tax bills for the upcoming tax year. Until that time, new tax bill amounts will not be available.
2023 REAPPRAISAL PROCESS
The State of Ohio creates a calendar by which each county is required to revalue all its parcels every six years.
This is currently taking place in Hamilton County for 2023. The State requires all Ohio auditors to use uniform procedures to revalue parcels.
The robust real estate market we continue to experience has had a direct impact on market values, since sales are the best indicator of value.
